【摘要】:1GeneralThisInternationalStandardspecifiesalaboratorysub-stitutionmethodtodeterminetheinsertionlosswithoutflowofducted,mainlyabsorbent,circularandrectangularsilencers,aswellasotherductelementsforuseinventilatingandair-conditioningsystems.NOTE1LaboratorymeasurementproceduresforductedsilencerswithsuperimposedflowaredescribedinISO7235.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletosilencerswherethedesignvelocitydoesnotexceed15m/s.Asthemethoddoesnotincludeself-generatedflownoise,thisInternationalStandardisnotsuitablefortestsonsilencerswherethistypeofnoiseisofgreatimportancefortheevaluationofthesilencerper-formance.TheinsertionlossdeterminedaccordingtothisInter-nationalStandardinalaboratorywillnotnecessarilybethesameastheinsertionlossthatwillbeobtainedinaninstallationinthefield.Differentsoundandflowfieldsintheductwillyielddifferentresults.AsthisInternationalStandardrequiresregulartestducts,theresultsmayincludesomeflankingtransmissionviastructuralvibrationsintheductwalls,thatsetsanupperlimittotheinsertionlossthatcanbedeter-mined.NOTE2ISO7235givesmethodsfordeterminingthislimit.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtobeusedforcircularsilencerswithdiametersof80mmto2000mmorrectangularsilencerswithcross-sectionalareaswithinthesamerange.2MeasurementuncertaintyExactinformationontheprecisionofthemethodcannotbegivenatthistime.ThereforethisInter-nationalStandardisdenotedasurveystandard.Interlaboratorytestsarenecessaryforthedetermi-nationofthestandarddeviationofreproducibility,σR,ofthemethod(relevanttermsandmethodsaregiveninISO5725-1).Itis,however,estimatedthatthismethodwillhaveaσRwhichiscomparabletothatofISO7235.Seetable1.
