【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62056describeshardwareandprotocolspecificationsforlocalmeterdataexchange.Insuchsystems,ahand-heldunit(HHU)oraunitwithequivalentfunctionsisconnectedtoatariffdeviceoragroupofdevices.Theconnectioncanbepermanentordisconnectableusinganopticalorelectricalcoupling.Anelectricalinterfaceisproposedforusewithapermanentconnection,orwhenmorethanonetariffdeviceneedstobereadatonesite.TheopticalcouplershouldbeeasilydisconnectabletoenabledatacollectionviaanHHU.Theprotocolpermitsreadingandprogrammingoftariffdevices.Itisdesignedtobeparticularlysuitablefortheenvironmentofelectricitymetering,especiallyasregardselectricalisolationanddatasecurity.Whiletheprotocoliswell-defined,itsuseandapplicationarelefttotheuser.Thisstandardisbasedonthereferencemodelforcommunicationinopensystems.Itisenhancedbyfurtherelementssuchasanopticalinterface,protocolcontrolledbaudrateswitchover,datatransmissionwithoutacknowledgementofreceipt.Theprotocoloffersseveralmodesforimplementationinthetariffdevice.TheHHUorequivalentunitactsasamasterwhilethetariffdeviceactsasaslaveinprotocolmodesAtoD.InprotocolmodeE,theHHUactsasaclientandthetariffdeviceactsasaserver.Asseveralsystemsareinpracticalusealready,particularcarewastakentomaintaincompatibilitywithexistingsystemsand/orsystemcomponentsandtheirrelevantprotocols.
