【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasuresformobileormovablejacks(see3.6)andassociatedliftingequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttomobileormovablejacksandassociatedliftingequipmentwhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.Thisstandardappliestoliftingequipment(see3.1)whichismobileormovableanddesignedtooperateundertheload,whetheroperatedsingularyorinmultiples,topartiallyortotallyraiseandlowerloadsorvehiclesatoneormoreliftingpoints(excludingtheliftingofpersons)whereworkingundertheraisedloadisnotpermittedunlessadditionalmeansofsecuringtheloadinpositionareinplace.Note:Associatedliftingequipmentmeansliftingequipmentwhichissimilartothosedefinedin3.1,butwhichdoesnotfullycomplywiththesedefinitions.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishadditionalrequirementsfor:-powerdrivebyaninternalcombustionmachine;-stabilityofthemobileormovablejacksandassociatedliftingequipment;-operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,freezerapplication,strongmagneticfields);-operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,mines);-supplybyelectricalnetworkswherethetolerancesinvoltage,frequency,etc.,differfromthoseinthepublicsupplies;-staticelectricproblems;-handlingofloads,thenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids,radiatingmaterials,especiallybrittleloads);-hazardsoccurringduringproductionanddecommissioning;-hazardsoccurringwhenusingtheliftingequipmentonpublicroads;-windpressureinandoutofuse;-directcontactwithfoodstuffs;-operationonseaships.Thisstandardapplies,forexample,tothefollowingliftingequipment:-mechanicaljackswithorwithoutclaws;-hydraulicjackswithorwithoutclawsandwithorwithoutintergratedpumps,e.g.hydraulictrolleyjacks,hydraulictransmissionjacks,hydraulicpitjacks;-pneumaticjacks.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:a)jacksorstabilizerswhicharepermanentlyfixedtoatraileroracontainertosupportatrailerorcontainerwithoutthetractor-unit;b)hydrauliccylinderswhicharepermanentlyfixedtothevehiclefortippingand/ortiltingpartsofit;c)supportstandswiththepossibilityforchangingtheliftheightonlywithouttheload;d)hydraulicliftingequipmentworkingwithamaximumpressureexceeding500barandwherepumpandcylinderarenotintergratedpartsofthesameequipment;e)jacksthataredeliveredwithroadvehiclesforhelpingwhenabreak-downoccurs(includingdeliveryoforiginalspareparts).
